Ajapa Japa is an ancient and powerful practice to reach deeper states of consciousness and bliss. It’s therapeutic effects of the mind and body are numerous, and with practice it becomes a tool for receptivity, heightened awareness and deep concentration. In Ajapa Japa we become aware of the mantra So-Ham, our inherent natural mantra which corresponds to our breath, and which the soul unconsciously repeats 21,600 times a day.
